Feral Bitch Fashion

I bought a dress for a Hen’s day on saturday where the theme was ‘gorgeous and glamorous ladies who lunch’. It was a mercy dash to the shopping centre, as I had a last minute change of what-to-wear and I had only an hour to frantically rush around a variety of stores and paw through their racks.

Miraculously I found a dress that looked nice and didn’t display too much unwaxed leg. One of the guests told me that it was a gorgeous dress and it really suited my personality. Pray tell lovely lady, I thought, how does one dress in the personality of  cranky bitch exactly?

  • That’s a seriously cute dress!

I think dressing as a cranky bitch is easy. Wear what you want but be sure to accessorize with a snarl.

Why thank you DM :) I like your accessorizing style. I will make sure to come to you for further fashion tips! GYL

  • And it DOES suit your personality! Classy and stylish with a hint of the arty. And as DM said you just accessorise depending on your mood.

Cool :) I like to think that I sorta dress to suit ‘myself’. GYL

  • Very nice!

Thanks! I even bought a top in the same colour with the same neckline. You can never have too much of a good thing! GYL

  • Not like I’m casting any doubt on the merits of the dress and who it’s going on, however be warned my grumpy partner in crime, sales people will say what they need to say to make a sale. Eg. I have tried stuff on in the past which belonged on someone half my fat-arse weight but according to the sales person, it was a “perfect” fit, where “perfect” can obviously be used to replace “sprayed on” in this instance. And obviously by you simply walking in, they had your personality figured out too ;-)

Addendum to Mr H’s comment: Oh shit, I just realised you said “guests”. I read one thing and thought something else. My apologies, a long day for Mr H

I was wondering what they hell you were on about. But I totally understand what you are saying regardless! And I am such a sucker for flattery! GYL

  • We’re all suckers for flattery GYL. Appreciate you doing the addendum thing for me so I don’t look like I’ve completely lost the plot…even if I’m close to it anyway. Nonetheless, I have no doubt the dress looked A-grade. We have an Arabic saying that says “it’s not the outfit that matters but the hanger that it sits on”. Lost in translation maybe? :-p

Sounds like a pretty good saying to me! GYL

  • So easy to please GYL :-)

Explains my husband then….. ;) GYL

  • Maybe Ann Coulter has that dress? If so, I’m sure it looked way better on you.

    Thanks….I think ;) GYL
